Yes, you read the blog title right! My sister came to visit us! My mom and two nieces came with her. It was so nice to have them here. The arrived Thursday, June 28th and stayed until July 1st.
It was great having them here while the girls and I are by ourselves. We stayed super busy entertaining the girls with a trip to the botanical gardens and playing at the Moline splash park by the river, a drive to Le Claire so my mom and sister could go to the American Pickers shop, slip-n-sliding in the backyard, showing them around Muscatine, lots of cousin playtime and more!
We loved having them here, and look forward to living closer to them so that we can see them more often!
